This technical support page has been added in an effort to answer some of the more frequently asked questions that the service receives, as well as to help process changes requested or problems reported by members.  Please use one of the links listed below to update your user information or the request technical information from the service.  Thank you.

To check your time online, please follow these steps.  (You may want to print this page so you have them in front of you.)

  1. Click the Services tab above.
  2. Click the user name under the ACTIVE Service ID.
  3. Click the View Usage button.
  4. Change the dates to reflect your billing cycle.  (For example, if you get your bill on the fifteenth of the month, you would change the "From Date" to the 15th of the month and leave the "To Date" at today's date.)
  5. Change the Usage Type to Time On-Line.
  6. Click the Show Usage button.
  7. Use the scroll bar on the right side of the screen to scroll down the page to see the table with your daily usage in it.
  8. Scroll back up and click the Logout tab when you are done.
